Use of the App

• The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the app for any other purpose, including for the benefit of any third party.

• You may not use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the app or interfere with any other party’s use of the app.

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its related systems or networks.

• You may not use the app to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.

• You may not use the app to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation.

• You may not use the app to engage in any illegal activities.

Ownership

• The app is owned and operated by Cargo Cam Inc. The app and all content and materials included on or within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Cargo Cam Inc and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

• You may not use any content or materials on the app for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Cargo Cam Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cargo Cam Inc makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app.

• Cargo Cam Inc will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

• Cargo Cam Inc does not warrant that the app or any content or materials on the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Cargo Cam Inc will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

• Cargo Cam Inc does not warrant that the app or any content or materials on the app will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

• Cargo Cam Inc does not warrant that any information you provide on the app will be secure.

Limitation of Liability

• Cargo Cam Inc will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

• Cargo Cam Inc will not be liable for any loss of use, data, profits, or any other intangible losses.

• Cargo Cam Inc will not be liable for any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cargo Cam Inc and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

These terms and your use of the app will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware, United States, for any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the app.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Cargo Cam Inc to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cargo Cam Inc and govern your use of the app, superseding any prior agreements between you and Cargo Cam Inc (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the terms of service).

Changes to These Terms

Cargo Cam Inc reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the terms, Cargo Cam Inc will notify you by posting an announcement on the app. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Cargo Cam Inc’s sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the app.
